App Use is a product of Software Tailor ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data this website (aiappuse.com) collects, why, and your choices. It covers the website only; software you install separately may have its own notices.
What we collect
- Contact form data. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email, optional company and phone, the topic, and your message, so we can reply.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser user-agent to deliver and protect the site.
- Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to measure, in aggregate, how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device, and anonymised session interactions). This helps us improve the site. These tools process data under their own terms and never receive your contact-form details.

Why we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, provide the product or information you asked about, and keep a record of the correspondence. Our lawful basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our products.
How it is handled
Contact submissions are delivered to us by email and may be stored to maintain an audit trail of enquiries. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use contact-form data for advertising profiling. We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and our legitimate business records.
